6. ONLINE & TELEPHONE ORDERS & PAYMENTS
Native English School will ensure the confidentiality of your data and data login, password and all other details related to the account or payment transaction created on the Website in accordance with the Privacy Policy. However, it is your responsibility to ensure that your account/payment information created on the Website remains confidential at all times and will not be sent to third parties. By accepting the Terms and Conditions you agree to inform Native English School as soon as possible if you reasonably suspect that the security of your account/payment is at risk.
Please note that you, the buyer, by placing your payment order, state by default that you are over 18 years of age and have the capacity to conclude a Native English School contract in your own name. You own the whole liability to the fact that you act as an adult with full exercise capacity and you want the Products and/or Services to be delivered/performed online. An address is typically required, together with a valid/active email address and a phone number you can be contacted on with ease.
After your online payment has been processed you will receive confirmation of the online payment. Within a reasonable time from the moment Native English School receives confirmation of payment you will be contacted by Native English School via email or phone to schedule your appointment.
Payment of online orders is made exclusively by card, in LEI.
To ensure the security of transactions, for online payment Native English School uses
the services provided by Netopia/MobilPay, the provider, ensuring that payments are made in full safety conditions. The cards accepted for payment are those issued below
VISA and MASTERCARD logos. For the correct completion of the transaction, you must
enter the data required to authorize the transaction in the payment platform, following
the instructions provided by this platform. Transactions are made in LEI, at the exchange rate of the bank issuing your card, of which it is associated with an account in a currency other than LEI. Native English School does not require and does not store any details about your card.
After placing your online order, you will be able to pay with your card online
entering the required card data into the interface. Order value will be withdrawn from the account indicated at the time of completing the Online Order through payment confirmation.
Regardless of the possibility to make payment for an order online, it is also possible to arrange payment over the telephone.
Steps for making a Phone Order:
i. Native English School will take your request to place an order/make payment by telephone;
ii. In order to take the order, Native English School will ask you, the buyer,
data on name, surname, telephone number and e-mail address as well
and information relating to the Products and/or Services you wish to purchase
by telephone.
iii. After placing the phone order, you, the buyer, will receive an email or text message (at
the e-mail address/phone number indicated by you) with the invoice and payment link.
Payment of telephone orders is made exclusively by card, in LEI, by
accessing the payment link sent by e-mail or alternatively for payment in Euro, via bank transfer.
